debt busters not giving me full information about flag removal

I was with debt busters but discontue the service. On June 2021 I sent them court order that declared not over indebted anymore but still they didn't remove the debt review flag in my name. I even sent messages in their platform asking how long will it take to remove the flag. They only send the massage back promising to get back to me bu didn't. I don't know why it took so long to get flag removed while there is a court order. Even the lawyer confirmed that he sent the documents to debt busters. I now pay the debts and surely I will get there but no credit score improvement yet because of the my name being under debt review
