Debt Busters not doing their work

For the past 6 years I have paid every month more than what was expected, constantly enquiring about my balances with debt busters and they assure me everything is up to date with payments. March 2016 was my last payment for all my creditors, I have yet again queried and made sure that all payments are correct and that it will be my last installment, yet again I was assured that all my creditors are up to date and it is my last month's installment. With the confirmation that I was paid up I have starting to pay the school fees of my children since all my money went for paying of my debt the past six years

I have been struggling to get my clearance certificate I have contact many times only to be informed it will be ready in 20 days. That was in the beginning of March. 3 months have passed without a word only that they are busy with the finalisation, no mention of any outstanding. Suddenly I receive a request to forward payup letters because they do not have any, I forwarded the one for Woolworths which they have send to me!

They are struggling to get a paid up letter from Direct Axis, saying there is an outstanding balance only after I queried. To me it is impossible due to the constant nagging for balances and the confirmation from Debt buster that I do not need to worry all payments are up to date as per my Hyphen Statement they have forward the payments from Hyphen to Direct Axis and all is in order.

This morning I received a phone call saying and apologising that they made a mistake they have not correct the balances on their side for Direct Axis and that I still owe money to Direct Axis. 3 months later!!!! To me it is unacceptable I have paid my dues every month, I have followed up and now because they did not do their work I have still under debt review!!!!!!!!! And it took them 3 months to realise this mistake, I feel I should not be responsible for this mistake and Debt Busters should take full responsibility for misleading their clients and give false hopes

I feel they should be responsible for this mess and Debt Busters should rectify it will Direct Axis and pay the account for their recklessness.
