Debt busters is pathetic
Good day
Debt busters is so pathetic, I've signed up with them, they assured me that all my debit orders would be cancelled which some was, 3 others were debited. I've been emailing them and they said they working on it since the 28th October, they told me that I would be rufunded by the 2nd Nov and still no refund. I called them today and their lines are forever busy. I feel the level of communication is pathetic. I regret taking out this debt review by them. I'm currently sitting with no funds in my account. I'm disappointed, clearly these people are only working for commission. I was hesitant to coming to hellopeter but I feel that this is my only option from here onwards

You quick to call when people want to sign up but can't reverse my money that went off on my account.. It's hard to get hold of you people.. Service is pathetic and I will give you a bad review everyday until I get a call
