DEBT Busters is a big no no very poor service

I was contacted by Debt Busters to offer me assistance with my current debt issues. After a lengthy process of going thru all my accounts and establishing my total save and installment to them we created my profile. During the call everyone assisting was being super help full and i felt that i finally have control of my finances and i can breath again...but no such luck..although it was explained to me during the call on how the process will work i still had some questions after the call had ended. So as per normal i sent an email to my then consultant asking for a few minor details and was never rep**** i then tried calling but as always given the run around...a few days passed and i got contacted by my now consultant stating she will handle my stuff going fwd. Having new hope i now thought we on track again but this was not the case.. one of my accounts took a debit after the agreed amount from Debt busters went off so i was double debited i immediately send a mail to them stating my concern 2 days later they rep**** asking for bank statement i sent it and never heard anything from them so i waited after another 3 days they got in touch and assured me it has been escalated and i will get refunded i now having tried multiple times asking for help i called the company that took the debit amount and they clearly said i do not appear on their system as under debt review they have not received any documentation...so now where do i go .....nothing gets done have had enough these people play with ones lively hood i need to feed my family and they just don't care its been two weeks and still no refund
