My overall debt busters experience has been great because it has allowed me to save on a monthly basis as well as provide me with other services and benefits such as funeral and life cover. However, I have found that communication channels (response times and accurate processing of requests) for the funeral policy and the car and home cover. That being said the recent call was good although long overdue.
