Debt busters holding me hostage

It had been about two weeks now without a proper response from them with regards to the balances from my creditors as well as clearance certificates from them but nothing,hence I’ve decided to cancel my agreement with them and handle it myself as now the only thing I’m paying for is my vehicle,I called them again this morning and they said they didn’t receive my email I had to send it again and wait on the phone for them to confirm if they’ve received it which they have now,also they cannot confirm the time frame as to how long will it take for them to cancel
