Debt Busters ending process fails!

I must say my journey with debt busters was great up until all your debt is paid. They prolong issuing a clearance certificate by saying they need paid up letters. Why is the paid up letters not collected as the accounts are paid up. Is it not logical now as a client i have to wait for you request with each account for a paid up letter. I am currently in battle withSiphokazi Koyose Koyose she is requesting a paid up letter for my Totalsports/Foschini account. She sends 3 different account numbers then tells me its a Foshini account, then in her next mail she says its a Totalsports accounts. So i follow up with TFG and am advised that my Foshini account was paid up in 2016 already which i was aware of ,my Totalsports account is an active account where i have been paying them directly. The more i am advising her on this the more she is telling me to get a paid up letter. Why should i get a paid up letter for an active account! Somewhere along the process the Total sports account was rejected for debt review why should i now run after that information. Please don't let one consultant spoil my view of your company.
