Debt Busters' Empty Promises

Debt busters service is so aweful, I regret the fact that I eve referred a family member to them thinking they know what they do. I took a debt solution programme with them whereby an agreement was reached for a certain amount to be debited from my account. At the end of the month, my service providers debited (which was not suppose to happen), and debt busters also tried to debit and I did not have enough funds, now this payment is registered to them as a missed payment, meaning I had to have them debiting my account together with my service providers. I was told I'll get a refund which never happened, this was about 2-3 months ago. I keep getting calls from them to say I missed a payment while they are failing to do their job on their side. I wouldn't recommend anyone to debt busters. If you have financial problems, try another debt counselling company.
