Debt busters dropping the ball on service delivery

Upon joining debt busters I was contacted daily to join them and regularly received calls from them. Now that I want to settle all my debts with the assistance of debt busters no one could be bothered to contact me. In 2 weeks I have pobably called 6 times still no reaponse from debt busters. They r quick to take the huge monthly fees I pay them but are not wiling to assist a client when they want to settle. This leads me to believe they are only in it for the money and does not put clients first. What happened to tcf principles?
