Debt Busters doesn't put their clients first!

What a horrible experience with Debt Busters. I missed my payment in 2022 December as i started a new Job meaning i wont be getting paid my fully salary and opted to take my full salary at the end of January 2023. I informed Debt Busters who told me i need to go to the police station get an affidavit as well as the email of me resigning, I did all this and i was told everything would be fine on my account, so instead of me ending my contract in November 2023 it will now end in December 2023 extended by 1 month i told them i cant increase my monthly installment as im already paying close to R10K a month. I got an email saying letter of termination i am shocked so i decided to call them on *** and i spent the last 30 minutes having the call dropped on me, agents putting me back in the que, leaving me on hold and shouting at me.. I am calling from my work UK Number Work number: +***11 I really hope all these calls get listened to .. What kind of mickey mouse business is this? so unprofessional YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS
