Debt Busters did not pay my car payments to MFC now I am in arrears.

Currently, Debt Busters are managing my Debt Review. My debt review always included Capitec loans and my car payment.

Justin Johns is the consultant. from Debt Busters.

I phoned MFC today and the lady said that MFC Nedbank has not received any payments for my car from Debt Busters and that I am R4 250 behind in payments.

I received this message today. My vehicle account has already been handed over to an external debt collector. "Your vehicle/asset account (7282***x001) has been handed over to a private debt collector.

I understood that Debt Busters will take care of the car payments. I do not understand how I can be in debt review when the company, Debt Busters, does not pay MFC and I am being held accountable. I cannot afford the payments, so I have put myself in debt review, in the first place.

I received this email from Debt Busters:
"They (MFC vehicle account) will start receiving full payments in June 2022 moving forward, so the email they sent means the account is in arrears of R2 650.51 (which is a month's payment).

They also say their payment should not be affected by DC fees, in that case, they want the arrears paid.

I trust all is in order."

No, this is not in order, If I had R4200 cash lying around, I would not be in Debt counselling in the first place.
