Debt Busters Debt Review - defaults listed on account when supposed to be under Debt Review (over a year later?)

I put myself under debt review previously which included an RCS Loan and an RCS Credit Card. For over a year I have been making payments faithfully, believing all to be in order! Suddenly out of the blue on my credit report, one of these accounts has now been listed in Default (the RCS Loan). This was not supposed to happen as this was listed and agreed upon under the Debt Review agreement. On querying this over and over with Debt busters, they keep coming back saying the RCS CARD is in order, and I keep going back to them to tell them it is not the CARD, it is the LOAN! But it is falling on deaf ears! Now I just don't get response about this at all! Why is there a default when this was supposed to be a safe agreement!!!??? And why can their 'FICA' staff not READ!? I want this sorted out, as this is now affecting my ability to get a new job, as I was already left jobless due to COVID, now I have to fight even harder as someone didn't do their job!
