Debt Busters

I went under debt review in 2017, all went well until almost paying off all my debt. It has been months now that I have requested they send me a correct statement as the statement they send me is from.2018, THE SAME STATEMENT every time. Everything on the statement is exactly the same each month and I keep telling them I want a updated statement. I finally got outstanding balances but it was more than what was on the last correct statement I received. Am I not receiving updated statements as they are not paying my creditors as promised? To verify I went onto transunion and lo and behold there it reflected my accounts are 8 months in arrears. Received my latest statement today, Statement date 2018 Yet like clock work they debit my account. Guess my next step is legal assistance
