Debt Busters complain

I'm a very loyal paying client since I've requested the help of Debt Busters. Never an unpaid debit order. Debt Busters skipped a month or two paying my debtors. I wasn't forced to go under debt review it was by choice. Not one of my debtors threathen to take back or sue me for outstanding accounts.

From the start I had issues with the service of Debt Busters. It took them 3 to 4 months before they even started to pay my debtors.

I use to have 3 debtors they assist me in paying off my accounts. One of my accounts was paid in full in April 2021. I've received my clearance certificate.

No my question os the following (which I've been asking for months now) WHAT HAPPENED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WHICH WAS PAID OVER TO THAT SPECIFIC DEBTOR?

This was the answe I received

Dear Danilda Ren,

I hope this email finds you well.

Kindl be advised that the amount has been redistributed across the remaining accounts since 2021 when the .... account was paid in full.

Kindly be advised that we are unable to reallocate all the funds to the ..... account as there is a cascade on the ...... account as per the court order. If we were to allocate all the funds to the ..... account that, ...... account will be short paid which will lead to termination of the account under debt review.

I trust the above is in order and thank you for your patience.

Kind Regards,

The amount that gets deducted from my account is exactly the same as from the start. How is it at all possible that paying the amount that was normally paid to the account paid in full since April 2021 has any influence on the payments made to the remaining two accounts? The agreed amount deducted from my bank account has not been changed at all?

Do you people even know what you are doing? With the email received above it doesn't look like it.

I'm paying my debt order since July 2017 (almost five years).

I would like to fire DEBT BUSTERS as my debt councilors as they clearly doesn't act on my best interest
