Debt busters, all empty promises

Debt busters say that they will get us in a better financial situation but I am doubting that right now. They said that all my debit orders with creditors will be cancelled as they have sent out proposals and instructions to cancel debit orders along with a 17.2 form. Turns out, these proposals were not sent. One of my creditors Finchoice has said they will not refund any debit orders as the proposal was not sent- they will also continue to debit me next month. FNB also confirmed that the debit orders are active as the proposal was not received and will also debit me. Be careful of debt busters empty promises, I have logged a call for the consultant to call me urgently and submit the proposal urgently but no response. I will soon be reporting this to the NCR as there is no way I can mange to pay all my existing debit orders and the debt review hyphen payment. Be careful , coz in the beginning when they want you to join debt review, they call you all the time- once you are under debt review, they fail to respond. Now lets sit back and wait for the wonderful automated response !
