14 Jan 2026, 12:12When I woke up today I got a message from FNB that my account is in arrears. Honestly, I was devastated because I have never missed a payment with Debt Busters. I called the CSU branch and was assisted by ***. By then my anxiety was up, but after communicating with her she explained everything to me. I realised calling was the best thing and got the explanation I needed. Thank you, ***—you saved me a trip to the doctor. Your communication skills really calmed me down. What a consultant! I give you a 5 ⭐
