Debt Busters

I app**** for debt review in 2017. Dean was the consultant. He told me that I can at any time leave and take over my own installments. He how ever never explained to me what the conditions were nor that I had to keep track of paid of letters. I contacted debt busters multiple times to get this issue resolved and get the debt review flag of my name. In 2018 I cancelled the debt review process and proceeded to make payments on my debt. After everything was paid up I once again started contacting debt busters and they cant give me answers nor give me direction on how to get the flag of my name. In 2018 I got divorced and I contacted Debt busters to inform them the court ordee states my ex does not have to take any debt and that she must be cleared from debt review. Once again Dean said I must just mail the court order and he will get the clearance certificate issued. This never happened. Its now 5 years down the line and I cannot make any new debt due to Dean not being honest about the full process. They are only trying to make money and does not care about the consumers.
