Debt Busters

My account was paid up in 2021. I requested my clearance certificate and was told that they overpaid the one credit provider and short paid the other but as soon as that is sorted they will issue me with the clearance certificate. They never did anything and now that I need to buy a vehicle it became a total nightmare. They don’t recognise me as a client anymore. I had to contact the one credit provider that was short paid just to learn that debtbusters never paid them the refund that they were suppose to get from the other. They are not interested to help me and I can’t get hold of JD Group to get a statement. They can’t answer my questions as to why this was never followed up or why I never received a clearance certificate. Yet they tell me that I don’t owe them anything . I am at the end of my tether.
