Debit order reversal

I sent an email to khonzani nqunqa last week to cancel my contract with debt busters and that the debit order for the 15 oct 2021 should not go through, some lady advised me to resend email to ***, and the lady called me and said because its already late, the debit order will be reversed, yesterday the other lady called me to cancel the contract and said someone will call me again, and today the guy called me and said i must reply an email to confirm cancellation and told me they can not reverse my debit order, i want my money, i sent an email to cancel before... now they come with stories.. i want my money.
