Debit Order Date Change for December

Hi I called in to ask why my debit order date has changed as my payment date for Dec has not changed. The consultant that helped me was very friendly and easy to talk to, I was reassured that even though the debit order would go off earlier than usual it would not affect my account if there was no funds available as it tracks for 10 days. Happy to hear that I was satisfied with the outcome and the service i received.
