Debit order cancelled by Debt busters but still went threw
I'm now financialy worse off after joining Debt busters then before. They assured me all the debit orders would be stopping. I only had 1 that would be them. Beginning of the month and payment was made to Debt busters and one of my supposed cancelled debt orders. I don't have a cent to my name. More then 10days still nothing. I've now needed to loan money from my employer Who will deduct it from my next pay day. Very good at getting you to sign But now no reply. Just for your info. You can't reverse a Debi check payment

You said "your matter has been referred to a dedicated Specialist who will contact you within one business day" it's been 3 days nd no one has contacted me. I've now been waiting almost 3 weeks to get a refund for a debit orders the debit busters said would not go through and did. I've paid debt busters as per agreement for a service that you failed. The consultant who I spoke to in the beginning gave me a business WhatsApp number doesn't reply to the messengers I send him. Phone calls don't help either.

03 Aug 2025, 23:28I've given up waiting for you to call me. I managed to get hold of someone at contact number who now informed me that it takes up to 21 days for the refund. So this is the service you get I've paid you two months and I'm still out of pocket.

They seem to have a communication problem between call centre agent and relavint department. After waiting more than a month with success I decided to contact finchoice myself. A week later the refund was paid.
