Debit order amount to confirm

I have sent my forms to Debtbusters in order to get some relief due to cut in salary. I have been sent from pillar to post with no concrete feedback and the debit order is going off in a few days? I am now calling my creditors myself to be told that they are allowing 3 months grace period and others only 1 month which is better than nothing but that my debt company knows this? i have been frantic and stressed only to hear some are automatically allowing this. please can someone let me know what the amounts are being deducted this month as above
