I just received a call on *** from one of your consultants, but Iām afraid I forgot his name. He claims there was a missed payment on our account in 2024. Iād like to point out that we have never missed a payment.
Please ask whoever called to check the system properly before making such accusations. He said he will send an email with proof of the missed payment.
Being on debt review is already a challenge on its own, and we do not appreciate this kind of behavior from a consultant. We are very surprised and disappointed š
