DEBIT CANCELLATIONS
I'm so disappointed with the service from Debt Busters, well I app**** for their debt consolidation and I was approved in February. I was told that all my debits were cancelled and that an amount 5800 will be debited from me and distributed to my creditors. To my surprise in March they debited the amount of 5800 which was ohk and an extra amount of 6866.99 bounced back as unpaid, I alerted the guy I was dealing with when I app**** and he did nothing. On the 4th of March I got a deposit that was supposed to go towards my rent and groceries and the the amount 6866.99 was debited by the Nedbank people whereas I have paid 5800 for debt review to distribute to them as well.
I believe you can understand the kind of frustration as I had trusted these people to take care of my debts and consolidate them for me. They promised me financial freedom but it looks as though I'm getting more and more into trouble. I'm currently in trouble with my Landlord because my rent is not paid, I'm so disappointed. Given a chance? I would withdraw my subscription with them because I'm not getting any joy from it. Regards, Frustrated Customer

This is a follow up question regarding my refund which is rather urgent, I've been sending countless emails requesting a time frame atleast regarding how long the refund will take but I've been getting zero response from the parties involved. I'm out here left desperate, frustrated and stranded while someone out there doesn't seem to care about my situation. Can someone please say something regarding this whole thing?
