Customers Service needs TONS of work

If I had known then what I know now, I would never have signed with this company. The last straw has been an incident that has occurred lately, a bit of background our first debit was October 2019, meaning our 5 years would be up October 2024. legal fees were deducted Nov 2019 to Jan 2020, along with deductions for the accounts under debt recovery. When I ask when I will get the letter to say our 5 years is up and we are no longer under debt recovery/review, I was informed our 5 years would be up December 2025, due to the first few months being legal fee charges, and I am 3 months in arrears. I acknowledge I am 3 months in arrears, but the accounts are all in credit. So since I have now asked why an extra 14 months have been added onto my debt rescue on the 23 June, I do not get a response to my e-mail. They have now handed me over to attorneys they are telling me to pay as Debt busters have resolved my query. No Sunshine nothing has been resolved, my blood pressure is just thorough the roof. next stop NFOSA. maybe they can get this resolved instead of threatening me with attorneys
