I was under review for nearly 6 years and wanting to reassess my payment deal, was exceptional difficult. As if they didn't want to assist to keep me under debt review for ever. To contact them and talk to a consultant, was like pulling teeth. Turn around time for reply in a email is approximately 2 weeks. I felt like I was not important. I would not recommend Debt Busters/Hyphen to anybody
