Customer Relations

I was initially not too impressed as I felt that things were left hanging in the air and that my concerns were not being addressed. It took a while for me to connect to the right person. Tyrone Rhodes started handling my concerns. He acted with much professionalism, and made me feel that customers concerns are actually of importance to their company. I am now happy with their service to date and look forward to them being able to resolve my financial situation.
