Customer Call Support

I am trying very hard to obtain my clearance certificate, paid up letters and refund promised by Debt Busters for the last 6 months. My first call today was cut off by a consultant at DB. He was very rudely cut the call as I was speaking, I did not get his name. My second call was answered by Justine Booysen. She was friendly, patient and very very helpful. WOW a complete 360 compared to the other calls made to DB. She should not be answering calls, she should be in a more senior position. She provided all the answers, sent me a text and provided information that I needed. I just hope the person she referred me to will be as smart and professional as she is.
