CREDITOR DID NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM DEBT BUSTER

I have submitted a complaint about my creditor not being paid(Standard Bank), this was on 12/07/2021. I followed up a week later and still no feedback. I mailed ***, the response was that my matter has been escalated and that I will receive feedback. I have been trying to call the Customer service number since 20/07/2021 and have not been able to go through. I have just tried again now, still no luck. I have tried the call back option on the internet, still no callback nor feedback. I have just been notified by my vehicle finance house Standard bank that I owe R5900 and the debt review defaulted due to my debt counsellor not making payment as arranged. You short paid in Apr & May. Can someone please have this complaint resolved ASAP and call me with feedback. My account with them was up to date when I joined, now I am being harassed with calls. This is not good service at all. I was promised peace of mind and I more stressed now.
