Creating more debt for clients

According to my bank I am in arrears with my payments from December 2020, I signed up with Debt Busters in September 2020. Now Debt Busters tells me that I am responsible for the payment because of their error in not making the December payment to my bank. I have asked how that is possible and that I would like to cancel my agreement with Debt Busters as they DO NOT make payments and then you as their client need to sort that out yourself with your bank! I have been trying to get it sorted for the past 2-3weeks with no success! Debt Busters is absolutely USELESS and only gets their clients into further debt!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM AS DEBT CONSOLIDATORS! They promise a lot but once you sign up they do absolutely nothing to help you.
