I had initial pleasant experience with my consultant, and she always response promptly. I only have a problem with all the promises that was made not every one was delivered. 1. My creditors still requesting payment from me, as indicated Debtbusters will consult with them and explain the procedures. 2. The current request for debicheck and phone call from Debtbuster whereas I have made an manual EFT for my first payment and sent the proof of payment immediately. 3. I appreciate the prompt response to my emails, but I would like all matters to be dealt with and sorted. I really want to have peace of mind that they will communicate and make arrangements with my creditors to ensure the process will run smoothly going forward.
