<div>Ms +++++ caĺled me last night and explained clearly and precisely what I had to do for Debtbusters in order to resolve some issues. Even though I was upset at continuously sending documents in PDF formats (which is foreign to me), I now realise that ultimately she was assisting me. Even though I am still a bit disappointed or frustrated, common sense prevailed and I completed whst Ms ++++++&nbsp; requested from me and I emailed the PDF documents today. In a nutshell, Ms +++++ through all my frustration kept her focus and fir thst I am grateful.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
