Regarding Service at Debt Busters
<div>I entered into an agreement with DebtBusters to manage my Capitec and Nedbank accounts. I have successfully completed all payments for these accounts and have submitted the paid-up letters as required. I was initially informed that obtaining a clearance certificate would take 7–10 working days, which I accepted. However, I was surprised to receive feedback stating that I must provide a paid-up letter for a Vodacom account before the certificate can be issued. Please note that this Vodacom account was never part of the original agreement and remains outside the scope of the arrangement. Despite my repeated explanations and submission of the Form 17.1, your Client Services and Retention departments continue to insist on this requirement. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Furthermore, prior to this, when I expressed my intention to move to another provider, my request was effectively refused, which adds to my concern. I kindly request urgent clarification and resolution of this matter, as the current situation is highly frustrating and does not align with the terms of our agreement.</div>
