Complaint

Hi Peter. A discouraged complaint rather than a review. I have joined DebtBusters in Sept 2016, never missed a payment to date. The repayment period had been put in place for 60 months.... ending now Sept/Oct 2021. To my surprise, the repayment period of 2 of my accounts with MFC, had been extended for a further 36 months and 16 months respectively. I only became aware of this when I have requested statements from MFC in April this year. MFC also added R 13,000 to the one account and R 17,000 to the other account as RECONSTRUCTION FEES . . . on top of the extended repayment period. Since April this year I'm sending e-mails, queries, complaints etc, etc etc, but still nothing definite. I also struggle to get hold of DebtBusters as well as MFC telephonically. Please assist. Thank you.
