Complaining
Good morning during this month i have paid for my monthly installment for month end and i have send a proof of payment because i knew i wont have money month so yesterday i got some money in my account they took it when called them i told them they should refund me because im in need of that money they are telling me me that they see both of my installment when i ask for refund they dont give an valid answer so please help me
