Comany ignoring, doesn't want to clear my name.

Anger doesn't even begin to express how I'm feeling.. I don't know how many times I've made contact to get my name cleared. All my accounts are paid up, all of a sudden I'm told i need a lawyer to right an addendum for our accounts with my exhusband. The entire time before divorce we asked how this would work, nothing was said, just to send the divorce decree. We send it, then they wanted acc to be paid up first, i paid my accounts, then they want an adenddim, i give it now they saying I send them account statements, then I requested another paid up letters, then I get an email saying the previous received paid up letters are now outstanding and now I'm being ignored...basically I'm stuck even after working so hard to pay off my accounts.
