My interaction with Thozama Mdluli ( Debt Buster Client Services and Retentions Consultant ) on the 21st November 2023 was friendly and extraordinary. She is Customer Oriented.She listens with empathy and communicates by explaining everthing in detail clearly to the Customer understanding and satisfaction. Thozama gave me a World Class Service. My challenge/ concern were resolved urgently and speedily. The great News is after my interaction with her, the Bank refunded me today...i.e 24th November 2023.
