Clearance letter that is all I need

It's easy to get an application with debtbusters but getting a clearance letter is very very very very difficult it's been two months now waiting for.There is no professionalism till date I am waiting for feedback I have called they promised to call back send them several email without any joy.I am so disappointed I will never recommend them to anyone anymore. I work for financial institution and I cannot get other position because of my credit profile.
