Clearance letter.

I sacrificed to pay off my debt of R469 000 in March, 4 months ahead of time, without missing a payment. I was told it would take approximately 1 month to sort out my credit profile. I was then informed that debtbusters was waiting on settlement letters. It is now July and they are still waiting for 2 settlement letters one with a balance of R289 the other with a 0 balance. I have given them permission to take the settlement amount from my account to no avail. However every month since april they have taking R188 from my account as an admin fee but have still not settled the outstanding balance. Its immensely frustrating because I have to pay and admin fee for their incompetence and my life is on hold with no resolution in sight. This is simply a horrible way to end a 5 year relationship what a disappointment.
