Clearance certificate issued more than 14days ago but still under debt review

Credit status still shows under debt review and it has been more than 14 days since my clearance was issued Debtbusters a nightmare that never ends I need this sorted out do as you promised Stop lying to me and giving me false information Your letter says by 14days later my credit report will reflect no longer under debt review but this is not the case Can anyone at your company actually do their jobs correctly? It’s like I’m speaking to employees that have no clue what to do everytime I call in !!!!!!!! I want this issue resolved or I am going to the media with this useless pathetic give a damn attitude that this company has for their clients
