clearance certificate does not help

I received the clearance certificate last year ,been told that my credit profile will be updated by the creditors. I still have Capfin under my record with the overdue amount which was paid. I contact Capfin and debtbust for assistance nothing was done . This thing of clearance certificate will help with your credit status at the end is not true.

I have not receive anything from DebtBusters to date. When i signed for debtreview i was told how clearance certificate will change my credit record. But now i am more frustrated .
