Clearance Certificate

I'm finally out of debt - All accounts have been paid up. However, getting a clearance certificate is a nightmare with Debtbusters. I have reached financial freedom in April. That's 4 months ago. I have sent numerous emails to *** - I only get a response back via email after I use the chat function on the smartcents website. The person assigned keeps telling me 7 to 10 business days. In one of the emails I was even told to get the paid up letters myself. Appalling service from these people. You pay for their help and they don't help at all. I don't know where to turn to with this. I understand that there are limited resources because of the pandemic, but come on. 4 months for a clearance certificate???? It normally takes 2 weeks to get one if I am not mistaken. This is ridiculous.
