Clearance certificate
Poor service,I settle all my account but I can't get clearance Certificates because i need to close my cheque account that was not under debt review.I was paying my rehabilitation every months through the my cheque account on a debit order every months.

It seems like there might be a misunderstanding with regards to your debt counselling journey and the processes.
Please utilise the online client portal Smartcents (www.smartcents.co.za) where you can track your specific debt counselling progress, view your payments, account balances, access information regarding obtaining your clearance certificate, etc. You can also log and enquiry on Smartcents (under Contact Us) and liaise via the portal with a Relationship Manager.
We have also asked that a dedicated manager contact you within the next business day to see how your enquiry can be resolved.
