Shocking! If they ever even reply to emails, it's only after sending them 4 times. And apparently, you pay service fees for the worst advice ever. I was told basically to take my child out of school while on maternity leave so I could pay creditors, not even the slightest interested in trying to speak to creditors. I will do it myself, and going forward instead of saving money on school fees, I will rather cut their service fees from my budget. This company puts their best people in front, once you've signed and are trapped, you get the *********** staff. The service was amazing, right until I signed the agreement.
