Cancelled Debt review 5 years ago but flag still on my name

This is the worst company to deal with. I have cancelled my debt review in 2015 already. I received my 17.4 form (I guess that is the cancellation letter). 6 years later this flag is still on my name! I have paid up all my debt already but still the flag is on my name. I did not even realize it until I app**** for a car and home finance then I was advised I am under debt review. I have been sending emails upon emails to debt busters but they just plain blank ignored me. I have called and then just get transferred to another person and then I am being kept on hold for forever. Why send me a 17.4 letter as evidence that it has been cancelled but then not remove it from the bureaus! Whatever you do never trust them. They manipulate and lie to get you to sign up. It took me less time to pay off my debt compared to what they paid my debtors. Cos I was married my husband was also added so he has the flag on his name as well! This is causing so much drama in my life as I cant apply for home or car finance. This is totally unacceptable. They don't even deserve a 1 star!
