Cancellation does not exist in debt busters, even after notification. Bad service, further indebting

I have canceled my contract in February but still getting debit orders into my account after requesting and constantly notifying debt busters that I have lost my job and cannot make the payments. In March they debited and reversed the debit and reimbursed the bank charges on my account. August, September and now in October they debited my account and refuses to pay back all bank charges amounting to +-R1500, resulting in my funeral policies, life covers bouncing due to debits.
