Canceling agreement
I am writing to dispute the alleged outstanding amount of more than R2,000 and to raise concerns about how my debt review was handled.
I paid approximately R1,500 per month, but in some cases less than R500 was allocated to my debts. Some accounts were not paid or received only small amounts, resulting in arrears and negatively affecting my credit profile.
I previously requested cancellation of my debt review by email but received no adequate response or confirmation.
I therefore dispute the alleged R2,000+ in missed payments. I do not accept responsibility for payments that were not properly processed or allocated while I was making the agreed payments to DebtBusters.
I intend to pay my creditors directly and do not agree to pay an amount resulting from payments that were not properly allocated.
I formally dispute the alleged outstanding amount and request that no collection action be taken regarding it. Thanks
