Cancel my debit order

I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of response and action regarding my cancellation request. On the 25th of September, I requested the cancellation of my account and my debit order. However, I have not received any confirmation, and today I received an SMS reminding me of an upcoming debit order.

I have sent multiple emails to Siyanda, but I have not received any response, nor have I been contacted as promised. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received so far.

Please ensure that my debit order is immediately canceled. I will not accept any further debits from my account and expect a resolution to this matter without delay
