can someone get the right details!

I have been a member of Debtbusters for almost 5 years The Hyphen PDA is never correct and up to date, I have asked (seeing as i do not have long left on the debt review) to get ACTUAL balances from the creditors and ensured that the amounts paid to them will cover and each one is paid off i roll that amount to another debt that will be paid off sooner, BUT NO STICKS TO THIS!!!! I see on teh Hyphen the account is paid up but get a statement and call that i am still owing WHY THE HELL CAN NO ONE JUST SORT TEH DAMN ACCOUNTS OUT PROPERLY. Every month the end date moves on and I AM NOT PAYING MORE its ridiculous. when i ask for a manager i am put on hold for 30 plus mins and NO ONE answers, call cuts and NO ONE calls back. my god, can SOMEONE call me and sort this **** out TODAY
