Bull**** SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I have received the worst service from this company on my last month with them its as if they delay the process on purpose to gain fees from clients.

I logged a case over a week ago and no feedback or communication has been provided by the consultant. I have called in over 10 times used all forms of support methods such as their online chat however the response is the team leader is not available and the consultant assigned to my case is on a call.

My last payment amount was due and paid for in march now that i have to start the clearance process i have a charge of over R4000 still outstanding when i dispute i'm told to just pay without any investigations being done.

I confirmed through 3 different channels their statement, online platform and with a consultant in December of the outstanding balance and the above amount was never mentioned. now that i'm due to get a clearance this bull**** comes up.

this is a service i will never recommend to anyone, and i will make sure my voice is heard. you are taking advantage of people purely because they reach out for financial assistance NXA
